Anti-Endometrial (EM) Antibody ELISA Kit
Principle
This kit detects anti-endometrial antibodies (IgG) in human serum samples based on the indirect method, with purified endometrial membrane antigens used for pre-coating the microwells.
The testing procedure begins by adding the serum sample to the antigen-precoated reaction wells for incubation. If anti-endometrial antibodies are present in the sample, they will specifically bind to the pre-coated endometrial antigens in the microwells, forming stable antigen-antibody complexes. After removing unbound components through washing to avoid interference, horseradish peroxidase-labeled mouse anti-human IgG antibodies are added.
Following another incubation, these enzyme-labeled antibodies bind to the existing antigen-antibody complexes. When TMB substrate is added, a color reaction occurs under the catalysis of the enzyme. Finally, a microplate reader measures the absorbance (A value), which is used to determine the presence of anti-endometrial antibodies (IgG) in the sample.
