Anti-Trophoblast Cell Membrane (TA) Antibody ELISA Kit
Principle
This kit detects trophoblast cell membrane antibodies (TA-Ab) in human serum samples based on the indirect method, with purified trophoblast cell membranes used as the coating antigen.
The testing process starts with adding the serum sample to reaction wells pre-coated with the antigen, followed by incubation. If TA-Ab is present in the sample, it will specifically bind to the coated trophoblast cell membrane antigens in the wells, forming stable antigen-antibody complexes.
After removing unbound components through washing to ensure detection accuracy, enzyme conjugates are added to the wells. A second incubation allows these enzyme conjugates to bind to the existing antigen-antibody complexes. When TMB substrate solution is introduced, the enzyme in the complex catalyzes a reaction with TMB, producing a visible color change. Finally, a microplate reader measures the absorbance (A value), which is used to determine the level of TA-Ab in the sample.
